Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Little Melon Co. will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Little Melon Co. due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
When we deliver your package to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. That means packages marked as delivered, but 'not received', or packages lost in transit are the customer’s responsibility to locate. We are not able to issue refunds on lost packages.
